FAQs: HL iSmart Operating Description

HL iSmart Invest is an online platform where investors can perform transactions such as cash investment, switching and redemption in Hong Leong Asset Management’s (“HLAM”) funds.

The transactions / functions currently available in HL iSmart Invest for HLAM’s funds are as follows:-

  • Top-up cash investment,
  • Switching of funds,
  • Redeem cash investment,
  • View investment summary and transactions of customer’s investment portfolio,
  • Generate statements and tax voucher/invoices.

The digital on-boarding/account opening function is currently not available. You may drop by our main office or HLAM branches if you wish to open an account with HLAM, or please submit your interest via this online form and we will be in touch with you.   • Registered users can perform cash transaction(s) such as Top-up, Switching or Redemption from Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 7:30pm on any Business Day
  • Registered users can view and print their portfolios on a 24/7 basis.
