Notice of changes to the Fund(s) you have invested in.

Please be notified that Hong Leong Asset Management Bhd (“HLAM”) has issued a 2nd Supplementary Master Prospectus (2nd SMP) dated 27 March 2020 which is supplementary to and has to be read in conjunction with the Hong Leong Master Prospectus dated 23 August 2019 and the 1st Supplementary Master Prospectus dated 18 November 2019. A copy of the 2nd SMP is available on this website.

 

The information that requires your attention is as below:

  • Change of distribution policy.
  • The effective date of the change will be 21 days from the date of the 2nd SMP.

Hong Leong Dana Makmur (“HLDM”)
  • The appointment of Hong Leong Islamic Asset Management Sdn Bhd as the external fund manager for HLDM, HLDM 2, HLIIMF and HLDAIZ.
  • The effective date for the appointment will be 21 days from the date of the 2nd SMP.
