In line with the company's expansion plans, Hong Leong Asset Management Bhd (formerly knowns as HLG Unit Trust Bhd) officially merged with HLG Asset Management Sdn Bhd effective 1 June 2010, with the merged entity consisting of both the unit trust and asset management businesses. In tandem with the merger, a new name convention has been implemented and as such, all funds formerly with the prefix 'HLG' have been re-designated with the prefix 'Hong Leong'.
